Viruses are unique group of living small infectious agents, usually beyond the resolution of a light microscope, possess highest state of parasitism and may be responsible for a wide range of infection. Viruses consist of genetic materials (DNA or RNA) surrounded by a protective coat of protein. Known as capsid.They are capable of latching onto cells and getting inside them. The complete infective viral practice is known as virion.
